Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider is filling a position for a Remote Collector in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working insurance pools and contacting insurance companies to resolve claims that are not paid in a timely manner
- Reviewing EOB’s, remits & payer correspondence in the course of performing account follow-up & escalating issues to appropriate area
- Identifying problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 1 year related experience required, preferably in healthcare
- Relevant education may substitute experience requirement
