Remote College Coach Concierge

Job Summary

A company is looking for a College Coach Concierge, a remote part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake counseling sessions over the phone to introduce families to the College Coach benefits
• Schedule follow-up appointments for families based on their needs and counseling expertise
• Track all work in the online client registration system

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of high school counseling experience is required
• Bachelor's Degree is required (or 3 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• 3 years of experience in undergraduate admissions or career planning is preferred
• Ability to work independently and access reliable phone, personal computer, and internet service
• Willingness to learn and promote the College Coach benefit
