Job Summary

A computer, electronics, and mobile device company is seeking a Remote College Program Apple Support Advisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting many of company's popular products
  • Serving as the first point of contact, to be the friendly voice, providing world class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Listening to our customers and use your technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet their needs

Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrated passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
  • Demonstrated potential for tailoring communication and style to differing audiences
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
  • Experience with iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac
  • Students must be enrolled at a university in the U.S.
