A computer, electronics, and mobile device company is seeking a Remote College Program Apple Support Advisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting many of company's popular products
- Serving as the first point of contact, to be the friendly voice, providing world class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Listening to our customers and use your technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet their needs
Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
- Demonstrated potential for tailoring communication and style to differing audiences
- Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Ability to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
- Experience with iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC or Mac
- Students must be enrolled at a university in the U.S.
