Job Summary
An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote College Student Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Advising and guiding prospective students regarding career and specific program interest.
- Assisting the prospective student through the enrollment process specific to the program
- Providing students with financial guidance as it relates to funding
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor Degree with a focus in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience counseling/advising students
- Two years of experience for every year of formal education required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps for Work
- Experience with Cvue, SRM(SalesForce), CampusLogic, Brightspace
- Understanding of the nuances of FERPA guidance and regulations
