Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Colorado Licensed Customer Experience Center Triage Registered Nurse.

Must be able to:

  • Manage incoming member/patient calls to evaluate call purpose and acuity
  • Recommend appropriate care disposition and follows up as necessary
  • Utilize protocols to assess the situation and provide treatment recommendations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Knowledge as normally obtained through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • A valid RN license, temporary RN license, or compact RN licensure in state of practice
  • Proficiency level typically achieved with 5 years clinical experience
  • Clinical knowledge regarding specialty care services
  • Able to perform care coordination of services, legal and financial aspects of diagnostic services
  • Able to teach both clinical and non-clinical personnel regarding care and diagnostics services
