Job Summary

A medical technology company is seeking a Remote Command Center Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure increased uptake and usage of Company's product
  • Provide training to Engineers and ECSC staff
  • Provide “Tier 4” support for installation and product issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel as required, expected 10% travel
  • A minimum of HND/HNC information technology or comparable experience
  • 12-18+ months experience in a Technical Support or similar role
  • Relevant experience demonstrating business awareness or involvement
  • Proven experience of applications support in a customer facing role
  • Ability to collate and interpret data from multiple sources
