Job Summary

A customer management and user experience software developer is in need of a Remote Commerce and Retail Customer Data Delivery Manager.

Must be able to:

• Create internal and external project reporting
• Be accountable for on-time and on-budget project delivery
• Manage project delivery with specific responsibility for managing expectations both internally and externally

Qualifications Include:

• Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask, and rapidly switch context
• 5+ years of program management, project management or relevant experience within a client service organization
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with customer data, data analysis an asset
• Experience in B2C e-commerce, retail business technology and retail marketing an asset
