A cloud computing company has a current position open for a Remote Commerce Cloud Principal Renewals Manager.

- Developing and executing win/win negotiation strategies
- Owning, driving, and leading the renewals process in collaboration
- Providing executive management with complete transparency to renewals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with enterprise CRM or customer service applications
- 7+ years of proven success in a Sales, Operations, or Account Management capacity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Strong process and customer management skills, financial acuity, and adherence to policies
- Working knowledge of English, Italian, and German
