A digital media growth company is seeking a Remote Commerce Content Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Owning audience growth, affiliate revenue, and story production goals
• Identifying areas of opportunity and continue to refine testing strategy with the commerce team
• Continuing to finetune the organization, workflow, and style guide for commerce content production

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of relevant experience at an established digital media publication
• Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring direct reports
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders and departments
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure handling multiple projects with a nimble, solutions-oriented mindset
