Job Summary

A leading service commerce platform has an open position for a Remote Commerce Customer Success Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting with a portfolio of customers through tickets, emails, or phone calls
• Scheduling and coordination of resources
• Documenting contract preparation and management
