A leading service commerce platform has an open position for a Remote Commerce Customer Success Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with a portfolio of customers through tickets, emails, or phone calls
- Scheduling and coordination of resources
- Documenting contract preparation and management
