Job Summary

A major financial and banking institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Agency Service Specialist .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Balancing billing and general ledger accounts and systems, monitor reports and escalate aged/exception items
• Assisting with management of Loan IQ queues for scheduled loan servicing activities to include distribution of related reports
• Fulfilling routine non-monetary transactions such as Address/Contact updates, Notice requests, Wiring instructions and Call-back verifications

Required Skills:

• High School or equivalent (GED) required
• 2+ years of finance experience related to loan transactions, GL transactions, and experience in performing daily reconciliations
• Understanding of general accounting principles
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while successfully prioritizing multiple requests
• Excellent customer service, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
