Job Summary
An agricultural technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Commercial and Compliance Counsel Member.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day legal support to the business
- Structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements
- Manage and maintain contracts management database
Qualifications Include:
- JD or equivalent law degree and ability to practice in law in the state
- 3 years post-qualification experience, including at least two years at a law firm
- Extensive experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Demonstrated experience with global compliance matters
