Job Summary

A biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Remote Commercial Brands Corporate Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide advice, guidance, and counsel to internal brand teams regarding advertising and promotion
  • Provide advice, guidance, and counsel to commercial, medical, and corporate teams
  • Provide legal advice and lead the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the Market Access team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • JD and an active license to practice law
  • 5 years practicing law
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the biotech/pharma or healthcare industry
  • Significant experience supporting branded pharmaceutical products as cross-functional legal lead
  • Strong knowledge of the legal/compliance framework
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and collaborate cross-functionally
