Job Summary
A company specializing in mobile management is in need of a Remote Commercial Client Services Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a consultant for commercial clients by obtaining a deep understanding of their systems
- Managing day to day operations to ensure the delivered performance and services match customer needs
- Training end-users and customers on new reports, increased portal features, and data dashboards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of operating as a client services manager, account manager or service delivery manager in wireless telecommunications
- Excellent ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to document activities
- Strong presentation, customer service, analytical, and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills to properly articulate oneself to management and other partners
