Job Summary

A company specializing in mobile management is in need of a Remote Commercial Client Services Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Acting as a consultant for commercial clients by obtaining a deep understanding of their systems
Managing day to day operations to ensure the delivered performance and services match customer needs
Training end-users and customers on new reports, increased portal features, and data dashboards

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of operating as a client services manager, account manager or service delivery manager in wireless telecommunications
Excellent ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Strong organizational skills with the ability to document activities
Strong presentation, customer service, analytical, and leadership skills
Effective communication skills to properly articulate oneself to management and other partners
