Remote Commercial Collections Representative
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Commercial Collections Representative will manage consumer communications, resolve unpaid accounts, and maintain accurate records while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Communicating with consumers by telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
- Providing thorough updates on account statuses and performing skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
- Staying compliant with all applicable laws and company policies while recommending process improvements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in commercial collections is required
- Ability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- Stable work history with a proven record of accomplishments
- Knowledge of FDCPA is helpful
