Job Summary
A global insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Commercial Construction Claim Resolution Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage, investigate, and resolve claims
- Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and settles claims within prescribed authority levels
- Update files and provides comprehensive reports as required
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Good interpersonal, analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated competency of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage and State Tort Law
- Ability to obtain proper licensing as required
