Job Summary
An artificial intelligence company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Contracts and Risks Associate Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Negotiate and draft a wide variety of commercial contracts
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including data privacy and employment
- Help build a world-class legal function that can scale with the company
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the U.S.
- 2 years of experience representing businesses in a firm or in-house setting
