Job Summary
A provider of legal staffing and recruiting services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Commercial Contracts Attorney.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Drafting, Negotiating, and reviewing, and redlining IT Sales agreements
- Ensuring contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
- Supporting business units, sales and commercial contracting for international software company
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- 3+ years' of transactional experience
- Fluency in drafting, redlining, and negotiating various commercial agreements related to data privacy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in in-house commercial transactions
