Job Summary
A legal consulting and staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Commercial Contracts Attorney in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a corporate in-house counsel
- Review and update commercial contracts
- Assist with business strategy issues in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications Include:
- 5-15+ years of experience as an in-house counsel and/or as a transactional attorney
- Demonstrated ability to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts of varying types
- Ability to build rapport and trust within the legal department
- Capability and experience to work independently
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
- Excellent academic credentials
