Job Summary
A legal staffing and recruitment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Contracts Attorney in San Jose.
Must be able to:
- Negotiate/draft/review contracts
- Assess major automotive concerns and/or technology concerns
Qualifications for this position include:
- You MUST be licensed, active and in good-standing in at least one state
- Must have no disciplinary history in ANY jurisdiction
- A minimum, 5 years of such experience
- You MUST include in your application your TARGET HOURLY RATE and indicate your availability to interview and start
- Are well-versed in negotiating/drafting/reviewing contracts
