Remote Commercial Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a growing volume of customer agreements within the healthcare space, the full-time Remote Commercial Contracts Specialist will draft, review, and manage complex commercial contracts while coordinating with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and summarize commercial customer agreements
• Ensure contracts align with approved playbooks and internal guidelines
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, and sales throughout the contract lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Mid-to-senior level experience supporting commercial contracts
• Experience with customer contracts in the healthcare industry
• Clinic or hospital contracting experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare contracting and compliance standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
