Job Summary

A electric contractor software company has an open position for a Remote Commercial Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
  • Provide legal counsel related to deal structure, contract drafting and negotiation, etc
  • Improve contract management, workflows, processes, templates and best practices

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1-3 years of experience at top tier law firm and/or in-house at a technology company
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements
  • Excellent legal and business judgment
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and advising executives
  • Strong project management experience with a proven track record of delivering extraordinary results
  • Juris Doctorate, current member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
