Remote Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Commercial Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Drafting and negotiating inbound agreements
• Drafting and negotiating sale and/or purchaser side contracts

Qualifications Include:

• Experienced legal professional with a track record of supporting in-house teams in a commercial and/or product counsel role
• Has experience designing, implementing, and executing effective commercial, transaction, and related processes
• Comfortable working with lean teams and wearing multiple hats in a smaller company environment
• 5+ years of directly related legal experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the bar of any state
