Job Summary
A gifting company has an open position for a Remote Commercial Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Provide timely, business-focused advice to all departments
- Help develop and manage a global contracting approach in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
- Review, negotiate and advise on commercial and data privacy agreements and a wide range of other commercial agreements
Position Requirements Include:
- A JD from an ABA-accredited institution and an active membership in a U.S. state bar in good standing
- 2-4 years of experience
- Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating a diverse range of commercial agreements
- The ability to manage projects from inception to completion including engaging relevant stakeholders and providing quality deliverables
