Remote Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A gifting company has an open position for a Remote Commercial Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Provide timely, business-focused advice to all departments
• Help develop and manage a global contracting approach in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
• Review, negotiate and advise on commercial and data privacy agreements and a wide range of other commercial agreements

Position Requirements Include:

• A JD from an ABA-accredited institution and an active membership in a U.S. state bar in good standing
• 2-4 years of experience
• Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating a diverse range of commercial agreements
• The ability to manage projects from inception to completion including engaging relevant stakeholders and providing quality deliverables
