Job Summary

A hub for active lifestyle enthusiasts has a current position open for a Remote Commercial Counsel in Boulder.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage, negotiate and execute on a broad range of commercial initiatives
• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Play an integral part in establishing a legal function

Required Skills:

• JD and bar admission and in good standing in at least one state
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years working in-house
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology, commercial and intellectual property agreements
• Experience managing risk and compliance as applicable to a variety of business units
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision but be a team player with a great "can do" attitude
• Be comfortable simultaneously managing workloads
