- Drafting and negotiating complex agreements
- Collaborating with the Associate General Counsel and business leaders
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of experience at top tier law firm and/or in-house at a technology company
- Experience in negotiating and drafting a breadth of general corporate agreements
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and advising executives
- Excellent legal and business judgement
- Strong project management experience with a proven track record
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.), current member in good standing with the California bar
