A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver and communicate ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
- Quarterback experiences by various cross-functional teams
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree or higher
- Experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or
- Another client-facing role
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex projects and processes
