Job Summary

A mental healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Commercial Employment Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the day-to-day commercial operations of the legal department
  • Reviewing, drafting and managing all varieties of legal agreements
  • Taking a client-centric approach to handling complex legal issues

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 4-7 years of relevant legal experience
  • Juris Doctorate from a leading law school and bar admission in good standing
  • Significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; flexible, self-starting and hard-working
  • Deal-focused with a sense of urgency to get things done
  • Experience with technology startup matters, employment law, intellectual property, licensing, privacy and/or data security
