Job Summary
A healthcare technology development company is in need of a Remote Commercial Enablement Sales Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting the Commercial Organization on inquiries related to product, process, and resources
- Optimizing Salesforce/ FinancialForce use for adoption, efficiency, and user experience
- Identifying and coordinating opportunities for collaboration across team functions to increase efficiency and distribute workload
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in line management and/or mentoring
- Experience in Sales Operations or equivalent sales support role
- Advanced experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience in working with technology based projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across and within departments
