Remote Commercial Enablement Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A healthcare technology development company is in need of a Remote Commercial Enablement Sales Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting the Commercial Organization on inquiries related to product, process, and resources
• Optimizing Salesforce/ FinancialForce use for adoption, efficiency, and user experience
• Identifying and coordinating opportunities for collaboration across team functions to increase efficiency and distribute workload

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience in line management and/or mentoring
• Experience in Sales Operations or equivalent sales support role
• Advanced experience with Salesforce CRM
• Experience in working with technology based projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across and within departments
