Job Summary

A provider of title insurance and settlement services is in need of a Remote Commercial Escrow Officer in Philadelphia.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Establishing new escrow accounts by depositing funds
• Processing escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Managing funds and processing real estate transactions

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years related experience with 2+ years’ experience directly handling escrow transactions
• Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within escrow/title industry field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
