Job Summary
A biotechnology company is filling a position for a Remote Commercial Excellence Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead the strategy and execution of global sales enablement programs across the commercial organization
- Develop and mentor 5 direct reports
- Develop and implement programs/tools that align with internal partners to ultimately drive improved sales productivity and process standardization
Position Requirements Include:
- Four-year bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of sales and/or commercial related experience
- Outstanding skills including team leadership, thought leadership, and collaboration, and resolving issues
- Known to work collaboratively in a global business environment and implementing programs in different regions
- Successful track record of driving large scale change and developing cross-functional roadmaps to execute a strategic vision
