Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Commercial Farm and Ranch Insurance Sales Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Advising agents and customers on commercial farm/ranch coverage
• Providing subject matter or leadership expertise to new product development teams
• Developing strategies to secure new business

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel 30% of the time
• Must have or obtain proper Property/Casualty insurance license within 60 days of hire
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
• Extensive experience selling or coaching sales professionals in advanced markets
• Demonstrated marketing, sales or sales support experience with commercial products
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of commercial farm/ranch products and industry trends
