A staffing and recruiting firm specializing in legal placements is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Commercial Lawyer in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Purchase of various materials and supplies
- Review and negotiation of procurement related agreements
- Work from both the client’s standard forms and other parties’ forms
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Transactional background with an in-house legal department
- Technologically savvy, experience with Google Workspace
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Licensed and in good standing with your state bar
