Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Commercial Legal Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor for the company’s go-to-market teams, providing strategic counsel across contracts
- Managing wide range of commercial agreements including drafting, negotiating and reviewing enterprise SaaS subscription agreements
- Developing policies, templates and processes and leverage systems and tools to improve efficiency and maturity
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in B2B / enterprise companies and working with Revenue Operations
- Minimum of 8 years of experience at a law firm or in-house roles (SaaS preferred)
- Clear communicator, who can land messages across a wide variety of audiences
- Well-versed in how businesses operate with financial acumen
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Excellent judgment and analytical skills
