Job Summary

A banking institution is in need of a Remote Commercial Lending Documentation Paralegal.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Drafting financing documents, including customized documents and special terms
• Negotiating terms of financing documents, consulting attorneys as needed

Qualifications Include:

• Typically, 5+ years’ experience with bachelor’s or equivalent
• Experience with commercial transactions, including contract formation and negotiation, either in a law firm or corporate setting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
