Job Summary

An insurance brokerage is filling a position for a Remote Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Be responsible for managing daily account servicing needs: cancellations, binders, premium, and more
• Processing endorsements from carriers including reviewing for accuracy
• Building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers

Required Skills:

• College degree preferred
• 1 - 3 years’ experience of Commercial brokerage experience servicing accounts
• Valid P&C license preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, esp. Microsoft Office Suite
