Job Summary
A national insurance brokerage has a current position open for a Remote Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for small to medium accounts
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, companies and brokers
- Submit completed applications to appropriate carriers, filter questions, negotiate pricing, and review quotes for accuracy
Required Skills:
- Requires 4-5 or more years of experience servicing Commercial accounts
- Can maintain a Team Environment while working remotely
- Able to report and monitor claims until closed
- Can work with underwriters to amend coverage to meet client needs
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
