A talent acquisition company is filling a position for a Remote Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative in Dallas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating technical manuals and company manuals
• Reviewing current client coverages and recommends changes
• Prequalifying and analyzing prospects commercial lines coverage needs

Required Skills:

• Full knowledge of insurance products the agency represents
• Adequate knowledge of rating procedures, coverages and industry operations
• High School Diploma, Some College Education
• Ability to communicate to others orally and in writing with others to explain complex issues
