Job Summary
A holding company is filling a position for a Remote Commercial Lines Specialty Marine Underwriting Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling legal notice requests that must be sent at the direction of the Underwriter
- Supporting the Underwriter in new business and renewal activities
- Helping to support the quoting and issuance cycle
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-2 Years of related insurance experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent
- Robust functional knowledge of product offerings and solid business acumen
- Fundamental underwriting, practices, procedures, workflows, systems & tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
