Remote Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Commercial Litigation Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Own calendaring and deadline management across active matters
• Coordinate and execute multi-jurisdiction e-filings and filing logistics in state and federal courts
• Support high-volume litigation workflows, including status tracking and case organization

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm
• Hands-on experience with state and/or federal e-filing
• Experience in courts in jurisdictions such as Delaware, New Jersey, and Illinois is a plus
• Must be able to work business hours aligned to Eastern/Central time
• Commercial/business litigation experience preferred
