Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborating with members of the relevant regional legal team to coordinate litigation strategy
• Managing substantial docket of United States litigation
• Preparing materials and presenting to the business and senior management as appropriate

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
• Juris Doctorate is required and 10 years commercial litigation experience at a law firm and/or in-house
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and appetite for learning
• Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
