Job Summary
An international non-profit human services organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Operations and Strategy Vice President in Lincolnshire.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying, understanding and predicting market operations trends in Commercial Operations
- Establishing strategic recommendations for the direction of the Commercial Operations organization
- Communicating and collaborating to analyze needs and functional requirements and prioritize road map with the goal of creating/driving consensus
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years directly relevant product management experience including managing a product portfolio and a Product Management team
- Demonstrated leadership skills with proven track record of developing and managing a high performing team of technical professionals
- Demonstrated capabilities in strategic prioritization, conflict resolution, and individual and team facilitation
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker
- Self-starter with ability to work in high pressure situations under tight deadlines
