Job Summary
A multi-state cannabis operator is in need of a Remote Commercial Operations Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting and negotiating various complex commercial agreements
- Leveraging contract lifecycle management tool
- Providing legal advice to the business in support of commercial contracting initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- JD required and active license to practice
- 3-5 years of commercial legal experience
- Team player with the ability to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently to drive projects to completion
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexible, self-starting and hard-working
