- Supporting SVP, Clinical Operations and in-house data teams in designing an outcomes data strategy
- Overseeing in-network payer operations
- Communicating context around why choices are made and how they are connected to business OKRs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- 2+ years leading commercial operations
- Experience managing an external billing vendor
- Strong ability to own and drive a P&L
- Experience taking a process and productionizing it to grow excellently
- A track record as a highly structured thinker and efficient, action-oriented leader
