Job Summary
A well known financial advisory firm has a current position open for a Remote Commercial Real Estate Asset Management Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Process borrower requests and consents
- Manage assigned loans, including communication with Borrowers and Lenders/Investors
- Analyze property financials and report property/loan performance to Lenders/Investors on a quarterly basis
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate face to face as a team player
- Bachelor's degree; Preferred Field of Study: Real Estate, Finance/Accounting, Business
- Understanding of property operating statements for all commercial property types
- Thorough knowledge of leases for all commercial property types
- Understanding of 3rd party reports
