Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm is filling a position for a Remote Commercial Real Estate Energy Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and implement cost saving strategies and budget for utilities within an account
- Develop and present monthly energy and sustainability status and variance reports
- Communicate past, present and future energy plans
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university
- Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
- Ability to effectively present information
