Job Summary
A bank is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Commercial Real Estate Senior Appraisal Officer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Remaining current on knowledge of federal appraisal regulations, USPAP and bank policies
- Communicating all appraisal policies to line and credit officers
- Performing USPAP Standard 3 reviews and administrative reviews of non-complex commercial properties
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Possess a minimum of five years of pertinent commercial real estate appraisal experience
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate
- Must have appropriate State appraisal certification
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must possess basic competency in all software typically in the industry
