Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment company is seeking a Remote Commercial Real Estate Services and Investment Global Finance Value Realization Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage teams who are responsible for the delivery of multiple large Finance projects and programs
- Design and develop finance programs utilizing project management disciplines
- Drive standardization of business/financial processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of related experienc
- 5 years of direct experience from a reputable firm
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
- Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong business acumen
