Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting firm has an open position for a Remote Commercial Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified IT candidates in a VMS (vendor neutral) environment
- Meet financial and activity-based measures
- Create and manage candidate pipelines and assess candidate qualifications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA related field, or 3 years+ experience recruiting IT professionals in a VMS (vendor neutral) environment
- Experience in recruiting processes
- Driven to succeed – solutions oriented
- Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills
- Highly networked and a connector of the best opportunities to the best talent
- Defined experience deploying a social media strategy in your recruiting
