A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Commercial Recruiter I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Effectively navigating within a matrix environment to accomplish goals
- Organizing ideas clearly and logically when speaking
- Recognizing top contractor talent and using that population as a pipeline for upcoming needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, staffing, recruitment or HR related experience
- Experience in making timely and accurate hiring decisions
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals
- Must be innovative in their approach and be able to operate successfully in ambiguous situations
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
